Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, typically the same or next business day for in-stock items.
UK delivery options
- Free standard delivery — on all orders over £50
- Standard delivery (3–5 business days) — £3.99
- Express delivery (1–2 business days) — £7.99
Knives and other sharp items are packaged with protective blade guards and reinforced outer packaging. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Age verification
In accordance with UK law, all knife orders require age verification on delivery. Our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy, so please ensure someone over 18 is available to sign for the delivery.
Returns
We're confident in the quality of everything we sell, but if something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Knives that have been sharpened or used cannot be returned unless faulty
- All accessories and components must be included
How to return
Email hello@forgeandco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours. Faulty items will be collected at no charge. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
